These Terms apply to the purchase of Products via our MK Sports Bar & Lounge Ltd website. By placing an Order or by clicking to accept these terms on our Website you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree to our terms you should not place any Orders through our Website.
This is the most current version of these Terms and is dated (04/08/2023) but we MK Sports Bar & Lounge Ltd may change them from time to time without giving you notice, so you must read these Terms every time you place an Order through our Website. The Terms published on our Website at the time you place your Order will apply to your Order unless we notify you of a change to these Terms before we have accepted your Order or we are obliged to make a change to these Terms, for example, as a result of changes to the law.
MK Sports Bar & Lounge Returns and Refund Policy
Email accounts@mksbl.co.uk regarding your wish to return the item purchased, listing the item purchased, reason for return, date of the purchase and if you wish to have it refunded or replaced.
We assess each return individually and respond within 48 hours.
Refunds: Providing the product is returned in pristine condition (for example with the cue tip NOT chalked) within 28 days of the delivery date a full refund will be issued.
Replacements: If the product arrived damaged, photos must be emailed to accounts@mksbl.co.uk showing the damaged packaging (If applicable), please explain the reason for requesting a replacement.
If there is a fault with the product MK Sports Bar & Lounge will pay for postage and packaging, all other reasons the customer is responsible for the postage and packaging.
